Communicating with your Symptoms
After a few friends asked me for help with their physical challenges a few months ago, I rediscovered this wonderful process, which I had not worked with for several years… and remembered just how powerful it can be.
What does it do?
It connects us with our own source of power, allows us to listen deeply to our body and get in touch with what's lying beneath the surface.
In this physical plane our body is designed and intended to be our closest friend and most intimate partner. It continually wants to communicate with us through emotion, sensation and imagery. And when we take the time to pay attention and learn to be perceptive of its communication, we can discover that our body is an incredibly powerful ally.
It is tragic that in our western culture we grow up neither learning how to listen closely to our body, nor how to fully understand its language, let alone how to cherish and love every part of it equally. Instead we tend to ignore it, judge it harshly, battle with it, and try to control or manipulate it in all kinds of ways. We have learned to treat our body more like a machine that needs to be fixed or upgraded, rather than seeing it as the wondrous, alive and sacred vessel with its own voice and wisdom; an amazing conduit for all the physical experiences our soul has chosen to experience.

A little bit about me:
​
I followed several interests and passions in life. In my teenage years I pursued my love for music as a violinist and classical singer. Later I discovered the world of art, and studied painting at art schools in Hamburg, New York and Düsseldorf. I became an accomplished abstract painter.
​
In my early thirties, after the birth of my second daughter, I was drawn to explore metaphysical questions, non-adversarial parenting, spiritual practices, energy and healing work. It became a lifelong pursuit of learning, inner growth and self discovery. My search was fueled by the desire to be of service to another person’s self realization along their soul's path.
​
As an eternal optimist and believer in the inherent goodness of human nature, I collected cutting edge knowledge and skills in order to facilitate positive, permanent change in our physical cellular structure, our emotional patterns, and our ego-driven identity.
​
I am dedicated to the eternal search of understanding life on earth. Time and again this leads me to find innovative ways to contribute to the evolution of human consciousness on our planet. I believe this is a time when we are called to create a deeper mutual understanding of each other and practice more enlightened behavior in many areas of our life. We need to begin in our close relationships and within our families, and expand it to our communities and how we interact with other nations.

Where does your sense of value come from?
If you are drawn to excel to prove your value, if you compare yourself to others, if you look to people around you for reassurance that your are lovable, worthy, likable, or even just ok the way you are, you have not yet accessed vast parts of the source of immense love that is available.

I see self love as the golden key to creating the life you want. Learning how to cultivate it is the most potent way to empower yourself, and to heal and transform every single recurring experience of hurt, fear, anger or helplessness.
